The Skok mobile app serves as a comprehensive solution for locating, reserving, and renting electric mopeds and bikes, simplifying the user experience in urban mobility.

How It Works:

1. Download and Register
   • Users must be at least 18 years old.
   • A valid driver’s license is required, though it is not mandatory for e-bike rentals.
   • A valid payment card is necessary to complete the registration process.
   • A one-time registration fee of 1.99 EUR applies.
2. Reserve
   • Select an available e-moped or e-bike on the map within the Skok app.
   • Tap “Reserve”; the first 15 minutes of reservation come at no cost.
3. Before You Go
   • Inspect the vehicle for any pre-existing damages and report them before commencing your ride.
   • Refer to the app for specific instructions on riding and parking.
4. Start and Finish the Ride
   • Easily pause or conclude your ride using the app.
   • Locate a designated parking spot on the map for your convenience.

It is important to remember that Skok mopeds qualify as road traffic vehicles; thus, wearing a helmet is mandatory. Helmets in two sizes are provided within the tail box. Users are expected to adhere to all road traffic regulations during their ride.
